Become a Member
Join KBWA in its mission to protect and strengthen plot owners’ rights. By becoming a member, you also gain access to exclusive member-only benefits, updates, and support.
This page provides two convenient ways to complete your membership registration:
Option 1: Download the PDF application form, fill it out completely, attach all required supporting documents, and mail the completed packet with a check payable to KBWA.
Option 2: Complete the online registration form on this page, upload all required documents, and submit your payment online. This is the fastest and easiest way to register, eliminating the need to print, copy, or mail your application packet.
Why do we request legal documents and member photographs?
These documents help KBWA confirm that the applicant is the lawful and rightful owner of the plot. They may also be used, where necessary, as supporting proof of ownership when representing plot owners before appropriate authorities.
Document safety notice:
For your own protection, please clearly mark the copies of your registration document, EC, and any other legal documents before uploading them. You may write across the copies: “For KBWA Membership Registration Only” to reduce the risk of misuse.
Important: Applications submitted without the required supporting documents listed in the form will be treated as incomplete.

Membership Fee & Donation:
Why are payments important? Protecting and advancing the rights of plot owners requires strong and sustained financial support. KBWA relies on these funds to undertake necessary legal actions, support advocacy efforts, engage with authorities, and organize key meetings and events for the benefit of plot owners.
KBWA is committed to spending all funds with care, responsibility, and transparency in support of its mission. We encourage every plot owner to pay the membership fee and special assessments if necessary. Wherever and whenever possible, please generously contribute through donations to help strengthen the corpus fund.
