Our Story

Our Land, Our Right!

This slogan is not a plea—it is a declaration. It affirms our legal and moral ownership and makes our position unmistakable: we are not asking for a favor, we are demanding what is rightfully ours. It is a call for justice that is long overdue and lawfully owed.

The Kukatpally Bhagyanagar Welfare Association (KBWA) is a united force for over 1400 plot owners. Our single agenda is to protect our members’ investments and voice their concerns.

KBWA was founded by a group of passionate plot owners who recognized the need for collective action in safeguarding land ownership rights within our community.

We proudly serve a diverse community of plot owners, ensuring that each member’s voice is heard and their rights are respected.

Kukatpally Bhagyanagar Welfare Association (KBWA) Logo.

Dear Plot Owners,
What does this logo mean to all of us?
Here is a formal and professional description of our logo, broken down by its core elements :
Symbolism of the KBWA (Kukatpally Bhagyanagar Welfare Association, Parvath Nagar) (Regn.No. 23 / 2026)

1. The Shield of Protection (Background)
The golden shield forms the foundation of the logo. It symbolizes our primary objective: Protecting our Land. It represents a defensive barrier against illegal activities, obstructing our developments and encroachments, ensuring that our assets remain secure under a unified guard.
2. The Firm Handshake (Core Focus)
At the very center, the handshake represents Unity and Agreement. It signifies the trust between the members and the association. It reflects our recent efforts to gather consents and the commitment of our team to stand by every plot owner in this fight.
3. The Scales of Justice (Legal Authority)
Positioned at the base of the shield, the scales reflect our commitment to the Rule of Law. Whether it is our impleadment petitions in the lower court, Legal battle in Various Courts,  Title Declaration issues, GHMC permissions, Alienation rights or our upcoming NHRC filings, this symbol reminds everyone that our fight is being fought on the grounds of truth and legal justice.
4. The Plot Grid (Foundation)
Directly beneath the scales is the green grid representing our 1400+ Plots. The green color signifies development and the fruitful future we envision. It reminds us that at the base of every legal and strategic move we make, it is the actual ground—our land—that we are working to secure.
5. The Rising Sun and Shelter (Vision)
The sun rising behind the house symbolises a New Beginning. It reflects our ongoing development activities on the ground. It suggests that once the shadows of legal disputes are cleared, we will build a thriving, peaceful community (the house) for all families.
6. The Circle of Members (The Human Element)
The figures surrounding the logo in a circle represent Our Global Community. From “Local residents” to our “NRI members”.  These diverse figures holding hands signify that no plot owner is standing alone. Our strength is in our numbers—the more people who raise their voice (and their complaint IDs), the stronger this circle becomes.
7. The Motto: “OUR LAND, OUR RIGHT.”
The slogan is a firm declaration of our stance. It moves beyond a mere request for help and asserts our legal and moral ownership. It is a reminder that what we are asking for is not a favor, but the justice we are rightfully owed.
